Our Process

How a roofing job runs in Fulshear, step by step: the call, the written quote, the work and the final walkthrough — and the less expensive option named when there is one.

Roofing in Fulshear
02Sequence

Four steps, start to finish

The installation checked first, and a written quote naming the cause before any work.

01

Call with what you are seeing

Tell us the address and what is happening: a stain, a drip over the garage, shingles in the yard, a creased tab you can see from the street.

02

The installation first, then the rest

Flashing at walls and the garage, pipe boots, nail placement at any lifted edge, starter strip, ridge cap and attic ventilation, then the shingles themselves.

03

A written quote that names the cause

The repair or the roof in plain language, with the cause of the problem written down.

04

The work, then the walkaround

Photographs before and after, and a walk around the finished job with you before the final payment. You keep the photographs and the write-up.

04Installation first

What to do before a roofer arrives, and what to look at from the ground

Most problems on a young Fulshear roof start at a detail, and the first look costs nothing.

01

Catch the water and photograph it

A bucket under the drip, belongings moved, and a few photographs of the stain before anything is touched.

02

Find the year the house was built

Closing papers or the builder's paperwork will say.

03

Look at the garage and the walls from the…

Flashing standing away where a garage roof meets a two-story wall, a tab folded back along an eave, a pipe boot leaning.

04

Ask for the cause on the quote

Not just what will be fixed, but why it failed: flashing, nails, a pipe boot, ventilation.

Storms decide the roofing calendar here

Worth knowing before you start calling around, because the busiest weeks are the worst weeks to be choosing.

Fulshear sits about 60 miles inland from the Gulf, close enough for tropical wind. When Hurricane Beryl came through in July 2024, Fulshear reported debris and structural damage, and every roofer in the area was fielding the same call at once.

That is the case for having a young roof looked at on a calm day. A flashing standing off a wall, a pipe boot cracking or nails set high are cheap to fix before a storm and expensive once the wind has found them, and a write-up for your builder is easier to arrange in a quiet week.

  • Active leaks covered the same day where wind and light allow
  • Small repairs booked within the week in normal conditions
  • Temporary cover quoted separately from the permanent repair
  • Installation checks scheduled ahead of storm season
